SHIPPING: We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 days for your order to process.  Orders will ship Monday - Friday.  We offer free USPS priority shipping on all regular priced orders within the United States only. WYETH  is closed on all major holidays, and we do not ship on these days.  Please expect  delays around all US holidays.

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return full-priced sunglasses postmarked within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. The sunglasses must be in re-sellable condition with the original box, case, and tags. All packages must arrive with 5 business days from when the return label is generated to avoid a restocking fee.  All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Returns are available for full-priced sunglasses only. They must be in the original condition in which they were received. You may exchange sale sunglasses for equal or lesser value, or receive a store credit, available to be used at WYETH Eyewear (no expiration).

All sales are final on markdowns, promos, special orders, pre-orders, & international orders (outside the US).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR SUNGLASSES: Email with your order number, and we will email you complete instructions, along with a pre-paid label to attach to the outside of your package. Securely package your sunglasses in their original packaging, including any documentation, the case, and box. Returns that are not authorized through email, or do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping: We offer shipping outside the US to a select few countries.  Please note, along with shipping charges, customers are also responsible for taxes, duties, customs, and/or VAT.  By submitting your order at WYETH Eyewear, you are confirming that once your package leaves the US, you’re responsible for all taxes, and if your package is refused, all shipping/duties will be deducted from original order before the refund is processed.  Shipping internationally may take anywhere from 3 - 21 days.

FAILED DELIVERIES/RETURNED PACKAGES: In the case that a courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, WYETH is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, WYETH is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
