SHIPPING & RETURNS/EXCHANGES
SHIPPING: Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order before it is shipped. All orders that are placed on the weekends & national holidays are processed the following business day. WYETH is closed on all major holidays, and we do not ship on these days. Please expect delays around all US holidays.
USPS is currently experiencing extreme delays. Estimated day of delivery is expected 5-7 days after orders are processed.

You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 10 days of your order date. SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
To Prepare your Return:
Customers within the United States Please click on the Returns link below and follow the prompts to prepare your return. (please note, the cost of your return label will be subtracted from your refund).
International Customers outside of the United States : All International sales are FINAL. We do not accept International returns or exchanges at this time.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Drop offs are not accepted at our return address. WYETH is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

FAILED DELIVERIES/RETURNED PACKAGES: In the case that a courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, WYETH is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, WYETH is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled.
